(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Wharf Cottage is one of 12 properties built to an attractive barn like design in a lovely peaceful rural setting approximately 1.5 miles from Padstow. The owners have furnished and equipped the property to a very high standard to sleep 6 people in comfort and style.
This together with the pretty patio garden area and location make it an idyllic holiday retreat. There is parking for 3 cars. The property is ideally situated for golfing and walking holidays and is very close to many of North Cornwall's best beaches.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, Bathroom with WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 1: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and comfortable seating. En-suite shower, WC and wash hand basin. French doors leading to patio garden.
Bedroom 2: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Views over the garden.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with 3’ beds. Pine bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and comfortable seating.
Under stairs cupboard with freezer and compact dryer.
First floor: Lovely light and airy open plan lounge/dining room. Dining table and chairs to seat 8, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large flat screen TV, dresser and electric feature wood burner style heater. Well equipped attractive kitchen area with a high standard of base and wall units, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Garden/patio: Pretty area with rural views and nice range of garden furniture.
Bedding: Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Electricity included in the rental price.
Pet friendly: 2 dogs maximum (£30 per pet per week)

Please note: Entry to the property is from 5pm and departure is at 9am prompt.
From the pebbled parking area there are 2 steps up to the front door of Wharf Cottage, which has a raised threshold. All doorways are 32"/81.3cm wide.
Bedroom1 has an en-suite shower room, with raised threshold to the shower. There is access to the rear patio garden via french doors. The garden is part decked and part paved and on two levels with one step between the levels.There is a gate onto the tarmaced access road at the rear of the garden.
There is a mid winder staircase to the first floor with 6 treads to the landing and 180 degree turn to the left and further 7 treads to the open plan living/dining room area. There is a slight change to the floor level into the kitchen area, where the flooring changes from carpet to vinyl.
