Webbers Cottage is a Cornish character cottage with beams, stone and slate, an inglenook fireplace and a large garden with slate patio about a mile and a half outside Padstow, less than 10 minutes' walk to the nearest beach at Trevone and about 15 minutes' walk from Tregirls beach in the estuary. Padstow Farm Shop is just 5 minutes' walk down the road and within a few miles are some of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall and the historic fishing port of Padstow with its superb range of facilities
Ground Floor: with wooden flooring throughout.
Living Room with 2 comfortable armchairs, a sofa and a small chair. Bookshelves with local guide books, games and books, coffee table and lamps, TV, DVD and electric Fire.
Dining room with dining room table and 6 chairs, one armchair and a feature inglenook fireplace with electric fire.
Kitchen with fitted base and wall units, oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Well equipped with all the neccesaries for a self catering holiday. Teatowels and cleaning materials are provided.
Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over, heated towel rail.
Stairs to First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with fitted wardrobes, cupboards, clock radio,hairdryer and bedside lamps
Bedroom 2: 3’ Twin beds with built-in wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and bed side lamps and cabinets.
Bedroom 3: 3’ Bunkbeds with combined wardrobe/chest of drawers
To The Rear - Slate Patio area with Table and Chairs large lawned garden area. containing a washing line and a BBQ
Bedding: Duvets and Pillows provided. Bed linen and towels are not provided, these can be hired locally, details available on request.
Changeover Day - Friday.
Pet friendly - 2 dogs maximum - accepted at £25 per pet per week
