We understand that you may not be able to book a full week’s stay, so some of our properties offer flexible short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)
Low Season short breaks 2018 – 5th January to 9th February, 16th February to 30th March and 26th October to 30th November, 14th December to 21st December
Mid-Season short breaks 2018 – 9th – 16th February, 13th – 27th April, 4th to 25th May, 1st to 29th June and 7th September to 12th October

Upalong is a semi detached family home backing onto the world-renowned St Enodoc Golf Course, with uninterrupted views over the estuary towards Padstow and The Old Iron Bridge. The house is in a great spot, just minutes from the beach, shops and sailing club.
The accommodation is spacious with great views from the living room and doors leading onto the patio dining area and South facing lawned garden. There is plenty of parking and a garage for storage.
Lounge - with patio doors to garden. Log burner.
Kitchen/Diner - with built in seating area.

There is a fairly rough track to drive across leading from the Golf Club hill to the property, not suitable for very low slung cars This becomes a tarmaced track which leads up to the property To get to the main door you either walk down a slightly sloping grass bank onto a level concrete path to the door or you step from the path down 4 concrete steps with handrail.
