Trevillian is a contemporary family holiday home which enjoys stunning views over the Estuary from the 1st floor Living Area, complete with French doors and decorative Juliet balcony. The kitchen and dining area also enjoy direct views to the Estuary and provide direct access to the raised sun deck in the tiered rear garden, perfect for relaxing.
The property is situated just 650m from the harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Trail. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive, with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

A bricked driveway leads to the front door of Trevillian, this doorway is 31 inches/78.4cm wide, and this opens into to the Hallway from which you can access the other rooms. The Master Bedroom has a doorway measuring 29 inches/73.7cm, as does the doorway to the En-Suite. There is a small increase in height to the floor level in the En-Suite and a raised threshold to the shower.
The doorway to the Family Bathroom measures 26.4 inches/67 cm and the doorways to both Twin Rooms are 29 inches/73.7cm wide.
From the Kitchen /Family/Dining Area there is access to the Utility Room, the doorway measures 32 inches/81.3 cm and there is one step down into this room and a raised threshold at the back door. This opens onto 4 steps down to the side return accessing the front parking area via a locked gate and the rear garden which is terraced and has a sloping path to the side, with one step down onto the top terrace and one step up onto the bottom terrace. There is also a raised decked area, accessed via french doors from the Kitchen /Family/Dining Area, each door is 26.8 inches/68 cm wide and has a raised threshold. Four steps separate the decking and top terrace and a further 3 steps take you to the bottom terrace.
From the Hallway there is a bottom winder staircase, with 3 treads, a 90 degree turn to the right over 3 corner treads and 9 treads take you up to Living Room. There is reduced head height at either side of room as a dormer bungalow. Each door to the Juliet Balcony is 28 inches/71cm wide.
