The Studio is a scenic countryside walk from the Camel Trail and Petherick Creek with its great range of birdlife including egrets, redshank and curlew.
The solid oak door gives access to the hallway:
To the right this opens into the large airy, double height lounge with wood burner, 2 large sofas seating 6, hobby/reading desk with lamp. Large patio doors with window over, offer views of the open countryside towards the estuary, Rock and beyond and gives access to the wraparound patio and garden.
There is a downstairs twin room with bed side table, lamp and wardrobe. The shower room is opposite with wash hand basin, wc and heated towel rail.
To the left hand side of the hall is a spacious kitchen/dining/social area with dining table for 6, sofa and TV. Large sliding patio doors give access to the outside eating area. There is a plunger type cafetière and an Italian stove top coffee maker.
Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms:
The main bedroom overlooking the lounge, has a glass mezzanine designed specifically, so that it is possible to make the most of the amazing views from the King-size bed. There are two bedside tables and lamps, recessed bedside reading lights, built in hanging space with shelving and two sky lightwindows. An en-suite shower room has a wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom Two with King-size bed and bedside tables and lamps, recessed bedsife reading lights, built in storage with hanging space and shelving. There are 2 sky lights and a window to the front of the building. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
The property benefits from underfloor heating with an air source heat pump which has zoned controls within each room, wooden floors downstairs and beautiful clean lines, rugs used to add extra cosiness, are just a few more reasons why this is an ideal home for your holiday.
Outside the wraparound, self- contained, compact garden offers both a grass and patio area with modern seating/loungers. There is an outdoor rotary clothes line, which is ideal for drying wet suits after a day out on one of the many local beaches. There is also parking for 2 cars.
One pet can be accommodated by prior arrangement at £30 per stay but must not be left unattended and is not to be allowed upstairs
Heating and Electricity included in the rental. Bedding: Bed linen and towels supplied - Please bring you own beach towels.

Entry to the property is from 5pm and departure is at 9am prompt.

The oak front doorway measures 38 inches/97 cm wide and has a raised threshold. All doorways measure 32 inches/80 cm wide unless otherwise stated. There are slight changes to the floor level where there are rugs on the wooden floors throughout and when accessing the tiled bath and shower rooms and the utility room.
The patio doorway in the living room measures 43 inches/109 cm and there is a raised threshold and 1 step down to the outside. The dining room patio doorway measures 49 inches/125 cm and again there is a raised threshold and 1 step down to the outside. The doorway to the utility room measures 28.5 inches/73 cm and the back doorway is 35 inches/88cm and there is 1 step down to the outside.
The staircase to the first floor is 34 inches/86 cm wide and there are 5 treads then 5 corner treads through a 180 degree turn to the right and then a further 5 treads to the landing. The treads are carpeted and there are wooden hand rails both sides. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
The doorway to the master bedroom measures 32inches/80cm and the ensuite doorway is 26 inches/65cm.
As this room is built into the eaves there is reduced height to one side of the master bed 65 inches/165cm and in the corners of the eaves it reduces to 16 inches/40cm. There is a glass mezzanine wall which measures 44cm/111cm high. Again there is reduced height to the left hand side of the en-suite shower room, from 79 inches/201 cm to 52 inches/132 cm.
Both the doorway to Bedroom 2 and its en-suite measures 28 inches/72cm. There is reduced height to the left hand side of the bath 44 inches/111cm. Again as Bedroom 2 is built into the eaves the room reduces to a height of 16 inches/40 cm to the very left hand side.
