(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

The Old Boathouse is a spacious family holiday home with inverted living to take advantage of the stunning views over the estuary from the first floor. The open plan space gives sea views from all areas with a snug off the lounge if you'd rather cosy up in front of the tv. The large balcony off the kitchen diner is the perfect space for entertaining or to just sit and watch the world go buy.
The beach is in front of the house and there is easy access to all the estuary beaches, restaurants, shops, the ferry and water taxi to Padstow, St Enodoc Golf club and the water sports centre.

The first floor comprises: large open plan room with Kitchen, dining area and sitting room with wood burning stove leading out onto a large balcony (large enough for several sun-loungers). snug/2nd TV room, WC. Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: 2 sets of bunk beds, Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be linked together to make a super kingsize bed), Bedroom 3: Double bed, Bedroom, 4: cot bed, Bedroom 5: Double bed, two bathrooms, Utility room with shower cubicle.
