We understand that you may not be able to book a full week’s stay, so some of our properties offer flexible short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Kitchen area – well equipped for a self-catering stay with washer dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, combi microwave oven, Neff electric oven, electric hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment.
Door from the kitchen leads to large decked Rear Patio - elevated decking to maximise the glorious estuary views. Secure storage for boards and bikes (accessed around to the rear of the property). Picnic table bench seating.
Stairs lead to first floor - Bedrooms and Family Bathroom
Twin Bedroom – 2 x 3ft single beds – Bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers. Clothes hanging hooks to bedroom door. Views to Padstow Monument.
Family Bathroom - WC, wash hand basin with vanity unit under and feature vanity mirror with lights. Bath with electric shower over and ladder rack electric towel rail.
Double Bedroom – double bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, tub chair, fitted wardrobe.
Allocated parking to the front of the property for one vehicle.
Bed Linen and Towels are provided.
One pet can be accommodated by prior arrangement at £30 per week. (but must not be left unattended and is not to be allowed upstairs.)
There is a raised threshold at the front door which is 31 inches wide and one step up to the interior door. The downstairs is open plan and a 28" back door leads to the tiered decked rear garden (there are 5 steps down to the lower tier and a gated exit at the rear..
The staircase to the first floor is 33 inches wide, there are 10 treads then 3 corner treads turning 90 degrees to the left the first floor landing.
The three doorways upstairs are all 27 inches wide.
