Situated in Little Treglyn on the outskirts of St Minver, Chy Pol is a brand new holiday property and is the perfect size for couples or families with young children with an enclosed courtyard and additional small enclosed grassy area. Little Treglyn is ideally located between Rock and Polzeath, approximately 3 miles each way, and has easy access onto the main road into Wadebridge. There is woodland to the rear of the property and a public footpath that can take you deep into the countryside or surrounding fields.
Chy Pol has all brand new appliances, fixtures and fittings and has two bedrooms and newly fitted walk in shower in the bathroom. The open plan living area gives a bright airy feel and the patio doors leading out to the walled courtyard offer a sheltered sun trap to the rear of the property. There is an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a hard day on the beach!
There is a step up into the walled courtyard to the entrance door. This leads into the bright and airy open plan kitchen, lounge diner. Modern kitchen at one end and lounge area at the other with new log burner and French doors leading out to the patio. There is an outside shower for use when coming off the beach.
Bedroom one is a king sized room with built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 is a bunk room.
Shower room with built in vanity unit, walk in shower and wc.
