Heating is via electric panel heaters. Pressurised hot water system.

shared use of lawn to rear.
Parking is in l/h/s car port at Gulland Road (one turning before Cranfield). Car port is not owned by Cranfield 3 so it is used at your own risk.
Door to Cranfield is down alley accessed of Atlantic Mews.
Two steps up to front door, three further half flights of stairs within property so not suitable for very elderly or very young children.
