The kitchen itself has an under counter fridge with ice box, cooker, separate grill, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a rotary washing line in the back garden so the house is well equipped for the whole family.
More of the family’s fun styling can be found in the lounge with bright colours and fun decor giving the room a cheerful feel with a superb view out to sea. Sliding glass doors lead to the conservatory dining room with a large table and seating enough for 12 people. This room, again, doesn’t disappoint with its colourful styling and plenty of board games to play, if you find yourselves indoors on a rainy day.
Up the hallway is the family bathroom with separate shower and bath and a wc next door. There are three bedrooms with built in wardrobes and all three have dressers with sinks. The bungalow is in a lovely quiet location accessed by a private road but within walking distance of a shop, cafe and pub. There is a private driveway with plenty of parking and extra cars can be accommodated on the grass verge at the front.
Its superb location with easy access to great beaches, restaurants and the St Moritz hotel with its facilities means that this property will be snapped up.
The road beyond the St Moritz hotel is private and can be uneven with pot holes.
While the property is a bungalow there is one step up to either the front patio door or the narrower rear door. Once inside the property is all on one level with just a half step from the utility into the kitchen. (There are quite high shower trays which need to be stepped up into.)
The large front and rear gardens are reasonably level with three steps going up from the rear of the bungalow to the back garden. There is a three foot drop off from the edge of both gardens so very young children need to be supervised outside.
