A large dining room table and chairs for 8 makes an ideal entertaining area with benefit of a comfy sofa for relaxing. The owner has even thought to provide a wide range of cookery books, just in case you run out of meal ideas! French doors give access to the side of the house.

Access to Polcarrek is to the kitchen/dining room via the front door with no step from the drive and there are no steps or elevation changes on the ground floor. The front door is 33" wide and all the doors on the ground floor are at least 32"
There are raised thresholds and a step down at all doors to the outside. The garden has a timbered area on 3 levels and 2 steps down onto the lawned area.
To access the living room and main bedroom there is a U-shaped staircase with single handrail there are 4 stairs, 180 degree turn to the right and a further 10 stairs to the landing and all the doors on the 1st floor are at least 29". There is a raised threshold to the balcony.
As the property is a dormer bungalow, there is reduced head height to the sides of the rooms on the first floor.
