(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Rock Self Catering Accommodation
A modern detached split level bungalow set in attractive gardens with a
shallow stream running along one side. The accommodation is equipped
and furnished to a good standard throughout. Situated close to local the
shops and just a short drive of the beach, sailing and golf clubs. Parking for
2 cars on the driveway plus 2 off road at the front.
Entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen/dining room with patio doors to garden,
utility with extra fridge freezer and washing facilities. Bedroom 1: 4’ 6’’
double with en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 2:
2 x 3’ zip and link single beds, Bedroom 3: Triple bed, (double with single
above). Family shower room.
Access is via a gravelled driveway with a narrow set of 5 steps up to the rear door with a step over the threshold into the utility and another step into the main house. Access to the front door is again up some steps with a step over the threshold. Once in the property there is level access to the living room, dining room and kitchen with 4 steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Due to the nature of this property it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
