Pendennis is situated just 650m from buzz of Padstow harbour - where there is a variety of activities to be enjoyed including dining in renowned restaurants and cafes, water sports, boat trips and fishing trips to name just a few.....
The championship links golf course of Trevose Golf & Country Club and surrounding 7 beaches popular with surfers and boarders is within a couple of miles drive and various activities and attractions are all accessible locally. Driveway parking for two cars and Garage parking for one car also.
Short breaks available during the low season
The property is now able to accommodate one or two pets out of the peak season, with an additional charge of £30 per pet per week - please contact us for further details.

Double Bedroom- Bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, window and modern wall radiator, window overlooking rear elevation to the Camel Estuary.
Twin Bedroom - Bedside table and lamp, built in wardrobe, dressing area with mirror and stool, modern wall radiator, window to front elevation.
Modern Shower Room - With shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail, shaver point. Bath mat and hand towel provided.
King-size Bedroom - King Size Bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and seating at large picture window with uninterrupted views to the Camel Estuary.
Single Bedroom - Single Bed with compact wardrobe, side table and lamp, window to side.
Modern Family Bathroom - benefits from both modern bath and separate shower enclosure, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, Velux window.
Outside - leading from open plan living area patio doors to rear brick paved patio area with garden table and chairs and large lawned garden space with views to the Camel Estuary, and footpath to rear pedesrian access.

Changeover Day - Friday
A paved path leads to the front door of Pendennis, with one step a few feet from the door, and this opens into to the Hallway from which you can access the living room, two of the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room and the shower room/WC
From the Kitchen /Family/Dining Area there is access to the garage and French doors to the rear patio with six steps down to rear garden
From the Hallway there is a staircase, with 6 treads, a 180 degree turn to the right and 8 treads take you up to 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom
Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings as this is a dormer bungalow.
All doors are at least 30" wide
