No 36 High Street, sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, has both a contemporary bathroom with separate shower and a shower room. There is unlimited free Wi-Fi, parking and even an outside shower for when you return from the beach.
Surfing and popular beaches are all within close proximity to Padstow. The championship links golf course of Trevose Golf and Country Club is within a couple of miles drive, with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Living Room: This large living space is ideal for guests looking for a spacious social space, with TV, comfortable lounge sofas, armchairs and window seat, exposed ceiling beams, feature bricked wall and slate flooring throughout.
Very spacious fully fitted modern kitchen/dining room: dining table with window seat bench and chairs. Slate floor throughout.
Further raised seating area with day sofa. Patio doors give access to the rear courtyard with garden table and chairs.
Upstairs is accessed via the stairs from the Hallway.
Bedroom one is a double bedroom overlooking the rear courtyard.
There is a shower room with twin-head shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
A separate family bathroom has a feature exposed wall, with large bath, spacious twin-head shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Spacious Kingsized bedroom overlooking the front elevation.
To the rear of the property is a private slate courtyard with garden furniture and outside shower.

Short Breaks are accepted at 36 High Street during Low and Mid Season.
There is a slight step down at the threshold into the hallway/porch of 36 High St, with a glass wall to the left hand side looking into the lounge and an inner door straight in front of you.
All doorways are 31inches/78.7 cm wide and 72inches/183cm high unless stated.
There are slate tiles throughout the ground floor and there is one step down into the lounge at the front of the house. There is a beamed ceiling in the lounge with height limited to 82inches/208 cm in places.
From the hallway to the rear of this room, there is a door to the rear courtyard 26inches/66cm wide and 71inches/180cm tall.
There is a slight change to the floor level at the threshold of the dining/kitchen area and one step up to the raised seating area overlooking the rear courtyard which can be accessed via patio doors with a raised threshold and two further steps up into the utility room. From here the back door 71inches/180cm wide also accesses the rear courtyard.
The stairs to the first floor are situated in the hallway and have a limited head height at the base of 78inches/198cm. It is a double winder staircase with three corner treads turning 90 degrees to the left and then three treads then a further 3 corner treads turning 90 degrees to the left and a further 3 treads to the first floor landing.
From here there are 3 steps up to the shower room with doorway of 27inches/68.6cm wide and 71 inches/180cm high.
The rear bedroom door is 29.5inches/74.9cm wide.
The family bathroom is also three steps up from the landing, through a door on the right hand side which is 25inches/63.5 cm wide.
There is no change of floor level into either the master and twin bedrooms from the landing.
