Moiety Cross is a beautiful character property surrounded by approximately 6 acres of its own land in the heart of Rock village. The house can sleep 12 comfortably and has a large open plan kitchen, dining, entertaining room - perfect for large groups. There are attractive lawned gardens to the front of the property, a Japanese garden to the rear and tennis court in the grounds. Moiety Cross is comfortably furnished and would be the perfect base for families to explore this wonderful part of North Cornwall. Moiety Cross is situated close to the world renowned St Enodoc golf course.

Leading into large, open plan entertaining, dining and kitchen area. Entertaining area has a piano and desk leading to the dining area with large table currently seating 10 (two additional chairs at the desk). Snug with two seater leather sofa next to the fire place.
The lounge is a cosy room set at the back of the house overlooking the Japanese garden. Flat screen tv and fire place.

There are two sets of stairs in the property, one set lead to three bedrooms (one ensuite) and a family bathroom, the other leads to three further bedrooms (one ensuite) and bathroom.

The second staircase leads to
Bedroom 4 - King size room with 'secret bookcase' linking the other three rooms (which can be locked). Ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 6 - Standard (4'6") Double bedroom with wash hand basin.
Agents Note - There are feather pillows on all the beds.
Entrance to the parking area is through a 5-bar gate and onto a large gravel area. From here a pedestrian gate takes you onto a slate path which continues across the garden (quite a long way) and then there are steps down to the front of the property and one step up into the front door. Once inside all the ground floor is on one level, however all the bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
For unloading on arrival and pedestrian access there is a pedestrian gate which is nearer to the front of the property. Whilst there are still steps down to the property this is a shorter route to carry goods from the car.
