We understand that you may not be able to book a full week’s stay, so some of our properties offer flexible short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Mid-Season short breaks 2018 – 9th – 16th February, 13th – 27th April, 4th to 25th May, 1st to 29th June and 7th September to 12th October

Lower St Edmunds is a comfortable and stylish ground floor apartment. The walled courtyard gives a lovely area to sit in the sun and enjoy a barbecue. It is available to hire all year round with gas central heating and an open fire. Private parking is available at the property.
St Edmunds is ideally situated in the pretty village of Trevone, 300 yards from its beautiful beaches. Trevone has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and benefits from a general stores and public house. Padstow is only 2 miles away, and the championship links golf course of Trevose is within 3 miles.

Fully fitted Kitchen with Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge/Freezer, Hob, Oven and Microwave. Dining area with table and chairs and patio doors leading out to courtyard.
Bedroom 1: King size bed with large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Patio doors leading out to courtyard. Bedroom 2: Twin room with bedside tall boy and wardrobe. Bathroom with separate shower, bath, heated towel rail, WC and wash hand basin.
Exterior Off street car parking at front of property. Walled courtyard with table/ chairs and gas barbecue at back of property.
Linen, pillows and duvets are supplied. Please indicate linen requirements at the same time as reserving this property. Please bring own tea-towels and towels.
Gas and Electricity included in rental.
Pet Policy: - 1 well behaved dog may be permitted by prior arrangement.
The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for week end and special breaks.
NB. For parties of up to 10 you have the opportunity of booking Higher St Edmunds if available.
