(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Higher St Edmunds is a spacious 1st floor apartment comfortably sleeping six people, with excellent views of the bay and Trevose Head. It is in a superb location 300 yards from the beautiful beaches of Trevone and has private parking, making Higher St Edmunds an ideal family holiday home.
Trevone has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and benefits from a general stores and public house. Padstow is only 2 miles away, and the championship links golf course of Trevose is within 3 miles.
Front Door leads to Staircase leading to: Living area with bay window and wonderful views of Trevone and Trevose Head. LCD TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi and Corner sofa. Dining area with table and 6 chairs. Fully fitted Kitchen with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob, Oven and Microwave.
Bedroom 1: Double. Bedroom 2: Bunk room. Bathroom with bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wc and wash hand basin. Second Floor: Stairs leading to Bedroom 3: Kingsize bed with stunning views of the bay. En suite has bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin.
Exterior: Off street parking for up to 2 cars and small fenced garden with table and chairs and gas barbecue at front of property.
Linen, pillows and duvets are supplied. Please indicate linen requirements at the same time as reserving this property. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Gas and Electricity included in rental.
The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for week end and special breaks.
NB. For parties of up to 10 you have the opportunity of booking Lower St Edmunds if available.
