The Harbour Town of Padstow is approximately two miles away and offers a range of shopping facilities, eateries and watersports
The Trevose Golf and Country Club is approximately three miles away with three golf courses. The bus stop to Padstow is a 4-minute walk from the property.
St Merryn village offers an excellent range of restaurants and amenities including Rafferty's and Rick Stein's Cornish Arms public house and The Farmers Arms, Bakery/Delicatessen, Convenience Stores, Hairdressers, Garage, Parish Church and Primary School.

Please note: Entry to the property is from 5pm and departure is at 9am prompt.
Access to the property is via a gravel drive with a path from here to the front of the house and two steps up to the front door, with a patio door from kitchen dining room also opening onto the path. The main house is all on one level with all the doors at least 30 inches wide. To the rear of the drive is the annex building with one step up and one level inside
