(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Greenways is a detached bungalow with a good sized lawned garden with two attractive seating areas and lovely countryside views from the garden and lounge. The property is ideally located, situated at Highcliiffe at the top of Polzeath. Here you can head down past the Oyster Catcher Pub into Polzeath for fantastic surfing and plenty of cafe's or take the coastal path out to Greenaway to explore the North Coast. The sheltered bay at Daymer is approximately a 5 minute car journey or 10-15 minute walk and is ideal for little ones and is pet friendly all year round. Or head over to Rock for more water sports, great walks and restaurants. Catch the ferry to Padstow and enjoy all the historic harbour has to offer.
Access to Greenways is by private road unsuitable for low vehicles.
Bed linen and bath towels are included, please bring your own beach towels.

Lounge- Great views out to the countryside. Tv and plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1- Views over the countryside. Double bed. Wardrobe. Chest of drawers. Wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed. Wash hand basin. Small wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds (standard size, not narrow). Wash hand basin. Small wardrobe.
Utility Room - Washing machine. Belfast sink. Separate wc.
Garden - Parking area to the front of the property in front of the garage or in front of the gates. Side patio area ideal for sitting out enjoying the sunshine. Terraced lawned area with mature shrubs.
Rear terrace with fenced upper level and clothes drying area.
Please note that Greenways is located on a private unmade road and is not suitable for low vehicles.
There is a raised patio area at the back housing the washing line and utility room, please use caution in this area and do not allow young children to play here unatented as they could fall and hurt themselves.
Generally the property is on a sloping plot and there are steps down from the front door into the garden and further steps to the lawned area making this property unsuitalbe for wheelchair users.
