A window to the front elevation and patio doors from the living area create a good amount of light as well as giving access to the outside patio ideal for al fresco dining and the lawned area to the rear of the property. The owners have even thought to provide, books, games, jigsaws and even a chess board for those family nights in.
Dining Area: Solid wood dining table and chairs for 4.
Fully fitted Kitchen Area: Window over the single drainer sink, electric oven and hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. All the kitchen necessities you could need for a self-catering holiday is supplied.
Stairs to First Floor
Main bedroom: with king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cupboards and lamps and views across open countryside.
Twin Bedroom: with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cupboards and lamps.
Modern Family Bathroom: with bath and mixer shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedding - pillows, duvets supplied together with linen and towels. Bedding will be left on the beds for guests to make up on arrival.
Electricity including electric heating included in rental price.
Changeover day- Friday
Pets: well behaved pets by prior arrangement - £25 per week.

Field view is approached from the parking space via a slabbed path, with a gate to the side of the property a paved area with outside dining table and lawned garden to the rear of the property. There is a raised threshold to the front door of 24cm/9.5inches high, which is 84cm/33inches wide. Entrance into the open plan living room/dining room/kitchen with patio doors, with the door width of 84cm/33inches. There is a slight change in floor height as you enter the kitchen area. The stairs to the first floor are to the right of the kitchen area and it is a double winder stair case with 1 tread, 90 degree turn to right, 10 treads 90 degree turn to right and one further step up to the landing. Both bedroom doorways are 74cm/29 inches wide and the bathroom doorway is 67cm/26.5 inches wide.
