Access to Crigmorrick is via key safe, which is situated at the rear of the property via a paved path to the left-hand side of the property with two steps down at front corner and two steps up at the rear left-hand corner onto the raised deck to entrance.
Raised threshold to doorway into slate tiled hallway with doors to Utility Room, downstairs WC and into main living area.
In the Living/Dining room/Kitchen there is a slight change in flooring height to large rug in front of the seating area. Bifold doors open to Garden room and further entrance door with raised threshold to the front of the property. Doors to rear of room have a raised threshold to decked area.
From the main living area there are stairs to the first floor. This is a double winder staircase with 3 treads 90° turn to right, 6 treads, 90° turn to right and further 4 treads to top of staircase and landing. A safety glass balustrade with handrail is on the right-hand side when you ascend the staircase.
From the landing are doors to:
Main Bedroom – has frosted glazed balcony to front elevation with restricted head height adjacent to Velux windows and change of flooring at threshold into the en-suite tiled floor.
Bedroom Two and Three - again restricted head height to wall with Velux windows
Family Bathroom – change of flooring at threshold into the en-suite tiled floor.
Please Note: Care should be taken at the top of the stairs, particularly when descending as there is bead across the top step which means a slight change in floor height.
