Coswarth Cottage is a lovely family holiday home, on two levels with really stunning views over the Estuary from the conservatory and two of the bedrooms. A real hidden gem, the property is situated within 300m of the harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Trail but tucked away off the road. The cottage also boasts parking for two/three cars at the front of the property.
This character home is charmingly presented and equipped with everything you need to make your Padstow holiday a special one. To the front is a patio and lawned garden with views over the estuary towards Bodmin Moor and the peaks of Rough Tor and Brown Willy.
There is Parking to the front of the property for 2/3 Vehicles.

The living room is large with ample seating, including a corner sofa, a two seater sofa and two armchairs. It has a TV, open fire, 4 alcoves and leads out into:
Large conservatory with wicker furniture and views to the lawned garden and over the estuary.
The hall then leads into Dining room with dining table and 6 chairs, leading into a large Kitchen with all the expected appliances (Aga not in use).
From the hall a staircase leads to the first floor landing.
Bedrooms one and two both have double beds, storage and estuary views.
Bedroom three has two single beds and storage.
Also from the landing there is a bath/shower room, a separate WC and an airing cupboard with an iron and ironing board.
Outside there is a large garden with a patio and patio furniture to the front and the garden includes a greenhouse (not for guests use) and outbuildings, one of which houses the washing machine.
An outside shed is also available to store your bicycles and beach gear.

Please note: Entry to the property is from 5pm and departure is at 9am prompt.
Gate to paved pathway (uneven in places) to front door which has 2 steps up and raised threshold. All doorways are 32 inches/81cm wide unless otherwise stated. Front door gives access to the hallway and there is a raised wooden threshold to the wet room on the right hand side. Further door into inner hall with doors to lounge, dining room and stairs to the first floor. The lounge has a grated open fire and french doors 42.5 inches/ 108 cm wide with raised threshold and two steps down into the tile floored conservatory. There are patio doors each 26.5 inches/ 67 cm to the left hand side giving access to the outside seating area and lawned garden.
The doorway from the dining room into the kitchen is 29 inches/74 cm wide. The back door has a raised threshold and is 29.5 inches/75 cm wide and gives access to the rear patio with outbuildings and outside shed.
From the hallway the mid-winder staircase, has 7 treads, left hand turn and 7 further treads to the upstairs landing. There are some uneven floorboards in the bedroom to the front right of the property. The door way to the twin room is 31 inches/79 cm. The doorways to both the bathroom and toilet are both 29 inches/74 cm wide and there is a slight change to floor level due to the change of flooring.
