short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Low Season short breaks 2021 – 29th October to 3rd December and 10th to 17th December.
Mid-Season short breaks 2021 – 16th to 30th April, 7th - 28th May, 24th September to 22nd October.

A short walk takes you from the seclusion of the old town to Padstow Harbour, which is abuzz with visitors and locals alike. Renowned for its wide range of places to eat, there is everything from Michelin stars to award winning pasties. The harbour is busy with children crabbing and pleasurecraft, mooring alongside fishing vessels. At one end of the town there is the popular walk or cycle ride along the old railway line beside the Camel Estuary to Wadebridge Town and from past the far end of the harbour you can walk out down the estuary to Steppe Point. The “Seven Beaches” popular with surfers and families alike are all a short drive away.

Utility Room - (external) To the Front of the property the owners have installed washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. There is also an extra fridge for drinks.
Bedding: Pillows and Duvets provided.
Linen and towels can be provided at a cost of £10 per person per stay. If staying for 2 weeks linen and towels will be provided.
Heating and Electricity: included in rental.
Changeover Day - Thursday
Please note: Entry to the property is from 5pm and departure is at 9am prompt.
Access to the property is from the parking area via a gravel path off Church Street or via a gate from High Street that allows a level approach to the back door. There is no step to the back door but there is one to the front and two to each of the French doors at the front of the house.
There are no thresholds or steps between any of the rooms downstairs and all the doors are at leat 29" wide.
From the hall there is a staircase, consisting of 10 steps, a 180 degree turn and 5 further steps to the first floor and all the bedrooms.
