There are French doors leading out onto a large decked area with steel and glass balustrade. New for 2019 is an additional lounge with leather sofas, tv and French doors out to the extended deck. Situated within a few minutes drive from beaches, golf courses and shops it is the perfect base for all families. Access to public footpaths through open woodland.
Upstairs- open plan kitchen/living/dining area with patio doors onto decked balcony. 42 inch flatscreen TV, DVD, log burner. Electric range cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine.

Parking - Ample parking in a bay to the side of Acacia and parking for one vehicle in front of the garage.
Agents Note - The log burner is not in use.
Parking is via a paved area and additional parking can be found next to the property. There is a small step up into the property through the front door. Level access from here to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Turning staircase up to the living, kitchen area and master ensuite. From here there are French doors leading to balcony area with an external staircase leading down to paved picnic area.
