Polzeath Self Catering Accommodation
No 8 Polzeath Court is ideally situated just 500m from the beach at Polzeath, and offers comfortable accommodation for 4/5 people on the first floor. The apartment has a light and airy beach theme and has had a new kitchen fitted for the 2019 season along with new laminate flooring throughout. There is a large shared parking area with a field which can be used by tenants for a game of football, a picnic or a barbeque.

Bathroom - newly fitted bathrom with walk in shower, hand basin and wc.
Kitchen - newly fitted kitchen with sage coloured units, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one bunk room with a single bed in as well. A parking space is available plus ample extra parking.
Outside is a shared garden and field ideal for games and picnics.
Please note Bed Linen and Towels can be made available by prior arrangement, at an extra cost.
Access is via a tarmacked communal parking area. Access to the property is via a communal stairwell then upstairs to the front door.
Due to the nature of the access to this apartment it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
