(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Polzeath Self Catering Accommodation
No 8 Polzeath Court is ideally situated just 500m from the beach at Polzeath, and offers comfortable accommodation for 4/5 people on the first floor. The apartment has a light and airy beach theme and has a new fitted kitchen along with new laminate flooring throughout. There is a brand new shower room with large walk in shower and a contemporary suite fitted. Large shared parking area with numbered spaces and a field which can be used by tenants for additional parking, a game of football, a picnic or a barbeque.

Bathroom - newly fitted bathrom with walk in shower, hand basin and wc.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one bunk room with a single bed in as well. A parking space is available plus ample extra parking.
Outside is a shared garden and field ideal for games and picnics.

Access is via a tarmacked communal parking area. Access to the property is via a communal stairwell then upstairs to the front door.
Due to the nature of the access to this apartment it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
