7 Porthilly View is accessed via a slightly sloping driveway and path to the front door which has a raised threshold to 83 cm/32.7 inches wide.

Master bedroom - the door to the walk in wardrobe is 67 cm/26.4 inches wide. There is a slight change to the floor level/raised threshold on entering the en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - Twin/Superking - when arranged as a twin the access around the side of the bed to the en-suite is restricted to 43 cm/17 inches. The door to the en-suite is 67 cm/26.4 inches wide. There is a slight change to the floor level/raised threshold on entering the en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen- there is a raised threshold into the kitchen due to the change of flooring and again into the:
Dining/Living area, accessed via double doors both of which are 69 cm/27 inches wide. From here there is dual access to the rear garden. Bi-fold doors 1.5metres/59 inches wide in total and side door 80cm/31.5 inches wide. Both doors have a raised threshold down to the path that wraps itself around the property, with one step down to the lawn.
Bedroom 4 - There is a slight change to the floor level/raised threshold on entering the en-suite bathroom.
Living Room- this room has tri-fold doors to the outside and the doors measure- 73.7 cm/29 inches, 76.2 cm/30 inches and 73.7 cm/29 inches, there is a raised threshold out to the path and one step down to the lawn.
A gated path to the left hand side of the property gives access to the side and rear gardens. The path continues to the rear of the garden, to the right hand side the area is gravelled.
