(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Changeover Day - Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for week-end and special breaks.
1 Netherton Road is accessed via 2 steps up to a raised threshold to the porch doors; these double doors both measure 28.7 inches/73cm wide. There then is a raised threshold at the front door opening into the Hallway. The Living Room doorway is 29 inches/73.7cm wide and there is a slight change to the floor level at the threshold. The Dining Room is also accessed from the Hallway via a 29 inch/73.7cm wide door; from here there is a 32 inch/81.3cm wide door to the Kitchen and then a 30 inch/76.2cm doorway to the back porch, with one step down at the threshold.
There are 32inch/81.3cm stable doors, with a raised threshold accessing the stairs to the rear terraced garden. 8 steps take you down to the path and terraced patio. The patio is on 3 levels with 1 step between each level. There are four further steps down to the gate and the parking place. From the main patio there is a narrow path and one step down on to the grassed area.
The staircase starts in the Hallway and has ten treads to the First Floor Landing, here the staircase separates:
4 treads to the left take you to the Family Bathroom and WC. The Bathroom doorway measures 29 inches/73.7cm and WC doorway measures 26 inches/66cm.
5 treads to the right take you to the bedrooms. The doorway to the Twin Room measures 29 inches/73.7cm and the Master Bedroom and Bunk Room doorways measure 27 inches/68.6cm.
