The property is ideally situated for golfing and walking holidays and is very close to many of North Cornwalls best beaches.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, Bathroom with shower, wc and wash hand basin. Bedroom 1: 5’ double bedded room with en-suite shower, wc and wash hand basin. French doors onto patio garden. Bedroom 2: 5’double bedded room with views over the garden. Bedroom 3: twin bedded room with 3’ beds. First floor: Lovely light and airy, open planned lounge/dining room with a well equipped attractive kitchen area. Garden/patio: Pretty area with rural views and nice range of garden furniture.

Large screen television, DVD player, CD/Radio, Night storage heaters. Cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Bedding pillows and duvets supplied: please bring your own linen. (5ft beds will require king size duvet covers.)
