Accommodation Description

Steps lead to front door, into:

Lounge with feature fire surround, original clome oven, electric woodburner style heater, TV, DVD and Sky Box.   There is also a comfortable leather sofa, radio and panel heater and an open wooden stair case with feature book shelves leading to the first floor.

Kitchen / Dining Area.  Attractive table and 2 chairs.  Fitted Kitchen comprises of electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.  Back door leads to patio area.

Stairs lead to landing:

Bedroom 1: Pretty room with double bed.  Hanging space, panel heater and shelves either side of bed.

Bedroom 2: Single bed with chest of drawers, panel heater, feature fire surround (not usable)built in wardrobe and chair.

Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.

Outside

Small patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and garden WC. Small outbuilding with tumble drier and room for bikes and wet suites etc.  Reserved parking can be found in the car-park behind the village hall close by.

Bed linen and towels supplied, please bring own beach towels etc.
