Trevillian, 31 Dennis Road is a recently refurbished contemporary family holiday home, based on two levels with high specification fixtures and fittings and stunning views over the Estuary from the 1st floor Living Area, complete with French doors and decorative Juliet balcony, 42" Plasma TV and Home Cinema system.  

The property is situated just a short walk away from the harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Trail. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive, with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Trevillian's stylish interiors are not suitable to be occupied by very young children, therefore bookings are only accepted for persons of age 5 and over.

French doors leading to raised wooden decked area with garden furniture. Hard landscaped garden leading to lower patio area with furniture and BBQ facilities. Superb views of the estuary and beyond.
