Trelawney is a large family holiday home comfortably accommodating 7 people, with the opportunity to sleep up to 11 utilising sofa beds and portable folding beds. The property boasts excellent views of the bay with the entrance to the beach directly opposite the property. 

Trevone has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and benefits from a public house.  Padstow is only 2 miles away, and the championship links golf course of Trevose is within 3 miles.

Accommodation Description

Accommodation:-

Large family kitchen with Range style cooker, (with 2 ovens) Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, table and chairs. 

Lounge: with open fire, 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed) and comfortable chairs, TV, DVD and Sky Box and stunning views of the beach.

Front entrance has small porch attached.   Hallway leads to Family Bathroom with bath and wash hand basin, separate wc, and shower room. 

Bedroom 1: Single with pull out single under, TV and video, spare fold up bed and clothes storage. 

Bedroom 2: King-size bed, wardrobes and magnificent views of the beach. 

Bedroom 3: Bunk room with wardrobe, spare fold up bed and travel cot. ( A high chair is also stored in this room.)  

Patio Room / Children's Room with 1 double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed, TV and video. 

Patio Doors lead to back lawned garden with wooden garden furniture. 

From kitchen, stairs to first floor:

Bedroom 4: King-size Double with beautiful views of the beach, TV and video.  En-suite shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Small lawned garden at front of the property with parking for 3 cars.

Facilities: Range style cooker, (with 2 ovens) Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, TV/Video's, and open fire.

A separate electrical supply feeds the night storage panel heaters which is inclusive of the rental price.

Duvets and pillows supplied, please bring own bed linen and towels.
