The property boasts an enclosed patio and parking for 2 cars which is very sought after within the old town of  Padstow.  The cottage is located within 300 yards of the harbour and a variety of amenities, restaurants and shops. 

The coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius.

First Floor.

Bedroom 1 - double room with fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and fold up bed.

Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over.

Parking to front of property for 2 cars.  Patio area with raised wooden decked area and garden furniture.  Washing Line.

Bedding: Duvets & Pillows supplied. Please bring your own linen and towels.
