About the property

Stepper is a 2 storey dormer style house offering amazing views over Harlyn Bay and out to sea.  Stepper offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people with two twin rooms both with en-suite facilities.  The house is decorated and furnished with a nautical theme with attractive beamed ceilings on the ground floor.

Newland, the neighbouring attached house accommodates 8 people and can be booked along with Stepper, depending on availability, for large groups of 12. 

Harlyn Bay is one of the most popular beaches on the North Cornish Coast, Stepper allows you to enjoy the views at close proximity.

The historic fishing port and harbour town of Padstow is just over 4 miles away.  In recent years this has been made famous by Rick Stein and the Seafood Restaurant, although there are many other superb restaurants to suit all tastes.  The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive,  with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Accommodation Description

Entrance drive and parking area leading to porch and main entrance to: 

Kitchen with feature beams and high standard of base and wall units, Fridge and Freezer, electric hob and double oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer and flat-screen TV. Table and chairs for 6 people. Cane style sofa and patio doors leading to exterior decked area.    (Locked and secure double connecting door to Newland.)

Bedroom 2: Twin configuration with pine chest of drawers, en-suite bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over. Door leading to outside enclosed patio area.

Feature staircase leads to: 

Landing area with locked and secure double connecting door to Newland.

Lounge with amazing sea views over Harlyn Bay and beyond. Flatscreen TV, DVD player and 2 comfortable sofas, pine coffee table and window seats.

Bedroom 1: Twin configuration with pine chest of drawers, en-suite bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath.

Outside: Decked area with garden furniture and sea views.  Side gate to drive and parking area for up to 3 cars.  Washing Line. 

Duvets and pillows provided, please bring own bed linen and towels. 

Electricity and oil included in rental.  Pets are not permitted.

The changeover day is Thursday, but there is flexibility out of season for  week end and special breaks.
