About the property

Smuggler's Den - No 17 Church Street, is a charming cottage style property owned by a local family situated in the old part of Padstow, less than a couple of minutes walk from the harbour.

The cottage is very spacious with four floors, the top floor featuring a large bedroom with a double bed and single bed. Down the stairs there is another double bedroom and bathroom.  On the ground floor is the lounge and entrance to Church Street. Down again to the basement floor to the kitchen and garden where there is an entrance to Ruthy's Lane.

Pets are welcome by arrangement and the property boasts Internet access.

Bedroom 2: Double with additional single Bed.  Hanging space, comfortable chair and table. Views towards Church Lane.

Downstairs to basement floor:  Kitchen with fitted units, dining table and chairs, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, electric cooker and electric fire - leading off from kitchen, a patio garden with an entrance to Ruthy's Lane.

Bed Linen, Duvets and Pillows provided, please bring own towels.  Electricity included.
