Sandbanks is a lovely family holiday home, based on three levels with really stunning views over the Estuary from the upstairs lounge french doors and decorative Juliet balcony and the kitchen / dining area. The property is situated a short walk away from the harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Trail. Sandbanks also boasts parking for three / four cars at the front of the property, and has been awarded a 4* rating by the Tourist board.
This house is very well presented and equipped with everything you need to make your Padstow holiday a special one. Outside, a large patio garden with lighting, garden furniture and BBQ is available when the weather is fine, perfect for "al fresco" dining! Sky TV, broadband Internet connection, Xbox and quality appliances and fixtures and fittings in spacious rooms are on offer inside. A Welcome Tray awaits you on your arrival!

First Floor:
Entrance hall with oak wood flooring.
Bedroom 1 - Kingsize Double Bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, hairdryer and en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and wc.
Bedroom 2 - 6' Double/Split divan bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, hairdryer and en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and wc.
Bedroom 3 - Double with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, hairdryer and en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and wc.
Separate Traventine tiled bathroom with P - shaped shower bath. Wash hand basin and wc and heated towel rail.
Kitchen / Dining Area - Open plan fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer and centre island complete with hob and extractor canopy. Dining facilities for 10 people with lovely views over the Camel Estuary.
Second Floor:
Lounge with french doors offering magnificent views. Well furnished including a sofa bed. Sky TV and broadband internet, dvd, Xbox and games, cd and digital radio. A contemporary style fireplace completes the room.
Ground Floor:
Bedroom 4 - Double bed which converts to two single beds if required, with TV and hairdryer. (Please note, this room has restricted head height.)
Utility Room with washing machine, tumble drier, sink and storage space for wet suits, body boards and bicycles. (Hose for washing wet suits in outside store room.) Windbreaks/ parasols for your use.
Rear lobby with coat stand, back door and steps down to garden and side of house.
Facilities:

The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for week end and special breaks.
