Samphire is a modern "dog friendly" Padstow house 300 yards from the Harbour and Town. It has recently been refurbished and is nicely presented, thus making it ideal for those seeking a family holiday or short break. The property has a small patio garden and garage.
Please note: Pets permitted with prior arrangement, must be well behaved and are allowed to occupy the ground floor only.

Ground floor entrance hall: Kitchen/dining room with granite work tops, slate floor, log effect electrical heater, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, stainless steel fronted oven and microwave. Dining table and 4 chairs.
Lounge: 2 leather sofas and leather bean bags, wooden floor, coffee tables, electric fire, television and CD/radio.
Upstairs - Bedroom 1: Double bedded room with en suite with wc, wash hand basin and bath with shower over. Bedroom 2: Twin bedded room with en suite with wc, wash hand basin and shower.
Outside: There is a small patio area with table and chairs and a garage (which guests are asked to park in as there is no room for parking outside).
