About the property

Polwenna is a comfortably equipped spacious detached four bedroom bungalow standing in its own private lawned gardens.  The property boasts truly panoramic views to the North Cornish Coast stretching from Trevose Head and Mother Ivey's Bay to Trevone's rocky and sandy beaches and provides easy access to many of North Cornwall's finest coastal footpaths.

The historic fishing port and harbour town of Padstow is just over 1 and 1/2 miles away.  In recent years this has been made famous by Rick Stein and the Seafood Restaurant, although there are many other superb restaurants to suit all tastes.  The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive,  with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.
