No 1 The Towans is one of several New England style holiday lodges located at Towan near Constantine Bay and the world class Trevose Golf Club.  Within a short drive you will find some of Cornwall’s best attractions, including Padstow, Watergate Bay and a few miles further to The Eden Project.

The lodges offer contemporary holiday accommodation, are spacious and finished to a high standard and have been designed to provide luxury self catering holiday accommodation in a sought after location.

Accommodation Description

Accommodation: 

The lodges are of single storey wooden clad contemporary New England style. Inside, the design is fresh, clean and light, with pale wood, creating an airy feel. Finished to a high standard, the lodge has two generous bedrooms (a double with en-suite and a twin), a large bathroom featuring bath with shower over, and a spacious open plan living area with kitchen and dining area.

French windows fill the rooms with light and the wrap around decking areas allow sun worshippers to follow the rays as the sun moves around the lodge throughout the day!

Open Plan Living Room / Dining Room / Kitchen.

Living area with feature fireplace, high vaulted ceiling with feature window, dining area and french windows opening onto private decking which wraps around the property.  Gas Fire  and 2 Dimplex storage heaters.  Comfortable seating, DVD player and Sony TVS with built in Freeview. 

Kitchen 

Fully equipped kitchen area with  Smeg 4 ring hob, Smeg electric fan assisted oven, fridge / freezer,  wine rack, 6 top storage cupboards and 3 bottom storage cupboards.

Double Bedroom

With Dimplex storage heaters and walk in wardrobe.  En-suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Twin Bedroom with Dimplex storage heaters.

Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.

Gardens - landscaped communal gardens throughout the development and security bollards at main driveway - key fob to activate bollards provided on arrival.

Designated Parking, double glazing throughout and heating via storage heaters.

Egyptian Bedlinen and towels provided.

Please note, the development will in the fullness of time have 9 lodges sited within the grounds.  Currently there are 3 lodges in position.
