Padstow Self Catering Accommodation  

Menethdowr is a large family house with stunning panoramic views over the estuary and beyond.  With easy access to the Camel Trail, Menethdowr is about a 10 minute walk into the harbour and town. The property has spacious rooms over two floors, with 4 bedrooms, two of which are En-suite.

Menethdowr  has recently been refurbished and has an extensive garden with off road parking for several cars, making it an ideal holiday home for large families.

Please note: There is currently a construction site to the rear of Menethdowr.  Interested parties should enquire for an update of progress before placing a booking enquiry.

Bedroom 3: two 3’ linked divan beds, en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 4: double bedded room with wall mounted 32inch flat screen television, en-suite bathroom with separate shower WC and wash hand basin.

Outside: very large garden mainly laid to lawn with small paved area. Large parking area.

Pet Policy - A well behaved pet may be considered.  Pet security deposit of £100 required which may be returned once the property has been checked on departure.
