48 Duke Street has been sympathetically refurbished, preserving the character and style of the building.  The owners have appointed a high specification of fixtures and fittings throughout the whole 3 floors of the building, situated in the old part of the harbour town of Padstow.

NEW YEAR SPECIAL AT THE MARY DANN, DUKE HOUSE 28th  December 2009 - 4th January 2010 -  £740.00 (plus £20.00 booking fee - 7 day stay required). The property will be decorated throughout with exquisite yet traditional Festive decorations. There will be an extra special New Year hamper, to include locally sourced produce champagne and chocolates to celebrate the New Year.
