Lundy Cottage is an end terraced traditional character Padstow Cottage located within 200 yards of the harbour, shops and restaurants. This Cornish cottage is well furnished and equipped, with the accommodation being arranged on three floors.

From the second floor bedroom, views of the Camel Estuary can be found.  Outside, there is a secure courtyard garden, with patio table and chairs, which is ideal for pets.

Ground floor comprises of 

Hall - with stairs to first floor. 

Sitting room with two sofas, TV and DVD player. 

Dining room with pine dresser, table and six chairs.

Kitchen with a range of base and wall units, microwave, cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.

First Floor:-

Bedroom one - double room with king size bed.

Bedroom two - twin bedded room.

Bathroom with shower over bath, separate WC with hand basin.

Second Floor:-

Bedroom three - twin bedded room. 

Please be aware that the stairs to the second floor are steep and therefore, not suitable for  children under the age of 6, or the elderly.

Courtyard garden - with garden shed with WC, wash hand basin and freezer.
