It is available to hire all year round with gas central heating and an open fire. Private parking is available at the property.

St Edmunds is ideally situated in the pretty village of Trevone, 300 yards from its beautiful beaches. Trevone has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and benefits from a general stores and public house.  Padstow is only 2 miles away, and the championship links golf course of Trevose is within 3 miles.

Bedroom 1: King size bed with large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Patio doors leading out to courtyard.  Bedroom 2: Twin room with bedside tall boy and wardrobe. Bathroom with separate shower, bath, heated towel rail,  wc and wash hand basin. 

Exterior Off street car parking at front of property.  Walled courtyard with table/ chairs and gas barbecue at back of property.

Pet Policy:- 1 well behaved dog may be permitted by prior arrangement.

The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for  week end and special breaks.

NB. For parties of up to 10 you have the opportunity of booking Higher St Edmunds if available.
