L'ancresse Barn is an impressive barn style house recently refurbished to an extremely high standard, located in the sought after hamlet of Tregonce, St Issey, near Padstow. The property boasts very stylish interiors with beamed ceilings and natural wood floors, large gardens and magnificent views to the Camel Estuary. The Camel Trail is less than a 10 minute walk from L'ancresse Barn.
The historic fishing town of Padstow is only a few miles away, (1 mile via the Camel Trail) and remains a delight, with it's quaint harbour and narrow streets full of colourful buildings and cottages. Padstow also offers some of the finest restaurants in Cornwall and of course, is the home of the famous Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant.

Lounge area has comfortable leather sofa's TV, Video, DVD, CD player, Music system, natural wood floors and hearth with log burner. Dining Area features contemporary table and chairs. Kitchen has been stylishly appointed with integrated appliances, breakfast bar and bar stools, granite work surfaces and a large range style cooker, all to a very high standard.
The accommodation also comprises of a Utility Room with Belfast sink, washing machine and freezer, cloak room and a galleried snug room with sofa bed accessed from the hallway via a step ladder.
