Kellacott, 29 Church Street, is situated in the old part of Padstow, close to the parish church and less that 2 minutes walk from the harbour, shops, public houses and restaurants.  The property offers 3 double rooms, 2 with small en-suite shower rooms, and one with an additional single bed.

Located to the rear of the property is a garden cabin furnished with a double and single bed and TV.  This cabin, usable in the summer months only, can accommodate 2 older children with parental supervision. 

Kellacott also permits one well behaved dog, and has Internet access.

Kitchen featuring a good range of base and wall units, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. 

Sliding doors lead to:

Living Room with 2 comfortable sofas, TV and DVD, Internet and feature gas fire.  Dining table and chairs to seat 8 / 9.  Doors lead to garden area with garden cabin.

1st Floor

Bedroom: 1: Double with small en-suite electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. Oil filled radiator, bed side tables and two chairs.

Bedroom 2: Double with small en-suite electric shower, WC and wash hand basin.  Oil filled radiator.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom 3: Family room with a double bed and an extra single bed.  Large walk in wardrobe, bed side cabinet and TV.

Outside

Garden area with garden cabin furnished with a double and single bed and TV.  This cabin, usable in the summer months only, can accommodate 2 older children with parental supervision. 

Duvets and Pillows provided, please bring own bed linen and towels.
