Attractively furnished end terrace  Padstow house with fine views over the estuary, which are particularly scenic in the early morning sunlight.   Hillcrest is just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour, town, Rick Stein’s Restaurants and the Camel Trail.

The interior of the property is well equipped and makes for an ideal family holiday home.  Special touches have been provided by the owners, the lounge has a LCD Flatscreen TV and X-Box, the bathroom benefits from relaxing L.E.D. feature lighting, and the kitchen features an attractive atrium styled ceiling.

The exterior features an attractive patio area arranged on two levels affording views over the estuary,   The property does not have its own parking facilities, but on road parking can usually be found with approx. 200 yards of the property.
