Trevone has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and benefits from a general stores and public house.  Padstow is only 2 miles away, and the championship links golf course of Trevose is within 3 miles.

Accommodation:   Front Door leads to Staircase leading to: Living area with bay window and wonderful views of Trevone and Trevose Head.  LCD TV with Freeview, CD/DVD combi player and 2 x leather sofas.   Dining area with table and 6 chairs.  Fully fitted Kitchen with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob, Oven and Microwave.

Bedroom 1: Double.  Bedroom 2: Bunk room.   Bathroom with bath with shower over, heated towel rail,  wc and wash hand basin.  Second Floor: Stairs leading to Bedroom 3:  Kingsize bed, fitted wardrobe and  stunning views of the bay.  En suite has bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin. 

Exterior:  Off street  parking for up to 2 cars and small fenced garden with table and chairs and gas barbecue at front of property.

The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for  week end and special breaks.

NB. For parties of up to 10 you have the opportunity of booking Lower St Edmunds if available.
