It also boasts one of the cleanest beaches in the south west and the coastal path provides some of the most spectacular views in North Cornwall.

Accommodation Description
Foxes is a well-equipped, four bedroomed detached house, situated on the headland nestling in half an acre of land with direct access to Treyarnon Bay. The rear garden is fronted by National Trust land and the house has stunning sea views across to Trevose Head.
Entrance door to hallway leading to the sea facing kitchen with a range of base and wall level units, dining area with table and chairs seating 8, and living room with working fireplace creating an intimate atmosphere. TV, DVD payer, video and comfortable seating. Double patio doors exit to the garden with amazing sea views.
Family room with sofa bed and sea-facing window, TV and DVD player. There are two separate toilets on this floor of the house, including one with shower facilities. (There is also one locked room which belongs to the owners.)
Finally at the end of the corridor on the ground floor is a recently constructed Sun Lounge with a half glazed roof and doors opening out onto the garden. Amazing views of Treyarnon Bay, with direct access to the beach.
Upstairs - A wide, wooden staircase leads to:

Outside
The garden, which gently cascades towards the beach, is mainly laid to lawn. Traditional walls of Cornish slate, topped up with Tamarisk trees, enclose this private garden. There is outdoor parking for up to three cars. There are two picnic tables and plenty of room for outdoor sporting activities. The coastal path meanders between the cliffs and the back garden and the road leading to the house is private, with virtually no passing traffic.

Directions: Take the B3276 from the centre of St.Merryn village heading towards Newquay (i.e. passing the Farmers Arms on your right). Just over 1 mile along this road you will pass through a small sharp double bend. Proceed for about half a mile and then, at the T-junction, turn left. After about a quarter of a mile the very narrow road winds past a farm and then you will see a turning on the right opposite a small post box. Turn down this lane and follow it until you reach some houses at the end (you go through a 90 degree bend at the caravan site). Turn left up the unmade road and the property is on the right second from the end.
