Kitchen with with electric fan oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, convector microwave oven, dish washer,  table and chairs and breakfast bar area with TV.  Patio doors leading to lawn and patio. Utility Area with fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine and further sink facilities.  Small shower room with electric shower and WC.

Lounge with electric fire, TV,DVD and Video Player.  Comfortable  sofa and chairs and dining table and chairs seating 10.  Patio doors lead to garden, patio, BBQ with wooden garden furniture.

Bedroom 1 Small Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 Double  bedroom with vanity basins and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 Large Twin bedroom with vanity unit and wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedroom 4 Double bedroom with vanity unit and fitted wardrobes.

Family Bathroom including bath with wall mounted shower and wash hand basin. Separate WC.

Special reduced rates for small parties outside high season.

1 dog or pet maybe permitted by prior arrangement - £30.00 fee per dog per week.
