No 21 St Cadocs is a comfortably furnished detached bungalow,  located in the sought after village of St Merryn, approximately 2 and a half miles from Padstow and within 3 miles of some of the best beaches that the north Cornish coastline has to offer. Trevose Golf and Country Club and Harlyn Bay, a popular beach, are approximately 1 mile away.  Due to the layout of the property, Enos Mor can be considered as a suitable property for the elderly.

St Merryn offers a range of facilities including 2 public houses, garage, restaurants, and general stores.  The Cornish Arms at St Merryn has recently become part of Rick Stein's establishments in the area, even though still within the fold of St Austell Brewery.

Dining Area :- Dining Table and six chairs.

Kitchen:- Recently fitted kitchen well appointed with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. 

Bedroom 1:- Double with dressing table and wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2:- Twin with chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Shower Room:- WC, Wash hand basin, bidet and shower cubical with bathing seat. 

Exterior:- Garage with tumble drier and parking for an extra car, patio area with garden furniture and front garden with shrubs.

Duvets and pillows provided. Please bring own bed linen and towels.
