Dursley Cottage is tucked away in a quiet road in the highly sought after old part of the town of Padstow.  Located just minutes away from the harbour, Dursley Cottage is well appointed and provides comfortable accommodation for a family of 6, or a cosy retreat for a couple.

Due to the convenient location of this property, there are many superb restaurants to suit all tastes including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive,  with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.  Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement and the property also offers parking for a small car.

Lounge with beamed ceilings, electric fire, comfortable sofas and arm chair, combined TV (freview) and DVD player.  Door to upper patio

Downstairs to well equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Dining area with table and seating for 8 people.   Utility area with dishwasher and washer dryer. Double doors to lower patio area and south facing rear garden and washing line facilities.  Cloak room with WC and wash hand basin and freezer.

Staircase to

Bedroom 1: Double with pine wardrobe and bedside cabinets.  Bedroom 2: Twin with wardrobe, chair and bedside cabinet.  Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC. 

Staircase to

Bedroom 3 King-size double with chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. En-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.

Parking for 1 small car  (space 14'6" long) to front of property.  

Linen, towels, pillows and duvets are supplied, please bring your own beach towels. Please indicate linen requirements at the same time as reserving this property. Central Heating, Gas and Electricity included in rental.

The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for  week end and special breaks.

Pets are accepted but by prior arrangement only. 

Please note, Dursley Cottage has non standard arrival and departure times:  Arrival time: 5.30 pm or later.  Departure time: by 12.30 pm.  (Entry via Key Safe)
